Julian swung the heavy steel hammer back with every ounce of physical power.
The heavy iron head smashed through the plaster layer with a deafening thud.
White dust filled the air like a thick fog over the grand living room.
Guests pulled back in shock as plaster chunks rained onto the expensive rugs.
Julian hit the same spot again and again without stopping for a breath.
His black tuxedo jacket ripped along the shoulder seams from the violent motion.
Julian: Hold on buddy because daddy is breaking you out right now!
Toby: Please hurry daddy because I am so scared in here!
Elena: Hit the left side panel where the hollow beam runs!
Julian: Move back from the inside wall Toby!
Julian smashed the left wooden support stud with three massive structural blows.
The interior drywall panel cracked completely open revealing a dark hidden wall cavity.
Evelyn pulled on Julian's arm forcefully trying to pull him back away.
Evelyn: Let the professional emergency crew handle this dangerous destruction!
Julian: Get your hands off me right this instant Evelyn!
Evelyn: You are making a huge scene in front of everyone!
Julian: My son is dying behind this wall right now!
Julian shoved his wife's hand away with cold furious anger in his eyes.
He tore away huge jagged pieces of sharp drywall with his bare hands.
Sharp edges sliced into his palms but he felt absolutely zero physical pain.
Through the dusty gap he saw two small hands reaching outward toward him.
Toby was curled in a tiny ball inside a narrow utility space.
The narrow gap was barely wider than a small metallic laundry chute track.
Sweat soaked the little boy's dark hair and his face was bright red.
Julian reached both arms deep into the jagged hole without any hesitation.
Julian: Grab my wrists tightly Toby and do not let go!
Toby: I cannot lift my legs up high enough daddy!
Julian: I have got you now and I will never drop you!
Julian pulled his terrified son through the broken wall into the open air.
