The video had spread everywhere.
People argued online.

Grant hated both versions.

One evening, Lily saw his photograph on television.
“Movie man.”
Grant froze.
“Yeah.”
“Is he bad?”
Grant considered lying.
Instead he said:
“He did something wrong.”
“But he helped me.”
“Yes.”
“So he's good.”
“No.”
Lily frowned.
“Confusing.”
Grant smiled sadly.
“Very.”
He turned off the television.
“You know what I learned?”
Lily shook her head.
“Sometimes people do the right thing in the wrong way.”
She thought about it.
Then she said:
“Like Daddy?”
Grant stared at her.
“Yeah.”
She nodded.
